Instructions
1- Hydrate the Soy Meat:
- In a bowl, add 1 cup of soy meat and cover it with hot water. Let it sit for about 30 minutes until fully hydrated, then drain the excess water.
2- Marinate the Soy Meat:
- In a larger bowl, combine the drained soy meat with 1 teaspoon fish sauce, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 teaspoon Maggi sauce, the juice of 2 limes, a desired amount of Tabasco sauce, and 1/4 cup of tomato juice.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well and let it marinate while you prepare the vegetables.
3- Prepare Pico de Gallo:
- Dice the tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños. Chop the cilantro. This step allows you to customize how much spice and flavor you want.
