Instructions

1- Prepare the Kale and Batter:

  • Begin by preparing your kale. Ensure it is stemless, clean, and dry.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice, eggs, and water to form a batter.
  • Add coriander, turmeric, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Mix well to integrate all spices evenly.
  • Gently fold in the kale until all leaves are well coated with the batter.

2- Fry the Fritters:

  • Heat a sufficient amount of neutral oil in a deep frying pan.
  • Using a spoon or a small scoop, drop spoonfuls of the kale batter into the hot oil.
  • Fry the fritters until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides, usually about 2-3 minutes per side.
