Ingredients:
- 🦐 1 lb shrimp
- 🥧 1 2-pack of pie crust
- 🥣 1 can cream of celery soup
- 🧄 1 garlic clove, minced
- 🧅 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 🌶️ 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 🧂 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 🧂 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 🧂 Salt, to taste
- 🥚 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 💦 1 tablespoon water
- 🌿 Black sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare the Shrimp:
- Clean and devein the shrimp, then slice each shrimp in half lengthwise.
- Cook the Aromatics:
- In a pan, add a drizzle of garlic cooking oil.
- Sauté the minced garlic and chopped shallot until they are fragrant and slightly translucent.
- Create the Filling:
- Add the sliced shrimp to the pan. Season with a little salt, black pepper, and celery salt.
- Toss in the diced red bell pepper and cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Stir in the can of cream of celery soup to coat the ingredients thoroughly. Remove from heat.
