🍄 5 cups chopped mushrooms
🍏 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
🌶️ 2 tablespoons chili powder
🌶️ 1 tablespoon paprika
🌶️ 1 teaspoon spicy chili flakes
🧄 2 teaspoons garlic powder
🧅 2 teaspoons onion powder
🧂 1 teaspoon kosher salt
⚫ 1 teaspoon black pepper
🌿 1 teaspoon Mexican oregano
🌾 1/2 teaspoon cumin
🥄 1 teaspoon cooking oil or pork lard (for cooking)


Instructions:

  1. Preparation:
