🥓 2 tbsp pork lard
🧅 1/4 cup chopped onion
🧄 1 garlic clove (minced)
🫑 1 jar (24oz) salsa verde
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
🌿 1/2 tsp crushed Mexican oregano
🌿 1/4 tsp cumin
🐷 1 bag (5oz) pork skin chicharrones


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Pan: Heat a medium-sized pan over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of pork lard and let it melt.
