Grapes & Champagne Jello Toast
Celebrate special occasions with these delightful Sparkling Champagne Grape Jello Bites. This classy and fun treat combines the festive essence of champagne with the refreshing taste of grapes. Perfect for ringing in the New Year or adding a touch of sparkle to any gathering.
Ingredients
🍇 2 cups of sparkling grape juice
🍮 1 oz of gelatin
🥂 2 cups of champagne (preferably cold)
🍇 Green and red grapes
✨ Edible glitter (optional)
🍬 Silver sugar (for garnish)
Instructions
1- Prepare the Grape Juice Mixture:
- Pour 2 cups of sparkling grape juice into a saucepan and bring it to a gentle boil.
- Once boiling, add 1 ounce of gelatin while stirring constantly. Continue to mix until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
2- Combine with Champagne:
- Remove the gelatin mixture from heat and allow it to cool slightly.
- Add 2 cups of cold champagne into the mixture and stir gently to combine.
- If desired, add a touch of edible glitter for some extra sparkle.
3- Setting the Jello:
- Pour the mixture into a sheet pan or shallow dish.
- Place the dish in the refrigerator and let it chill for about 1 hour or until the jello is firm and set.
4- Prepare the Grapes:
- Rinse and dry the green and red grapes.
- Once the jello is set, cut it into small cubes.
5- Assemble the Cups:
- Place 12 grapes in each serving cup.
- Add jello cubes to each cup, mixing them gently with the grapes.
6- Garnish and Serve:
- Sprinkle a pinch of silver sugar on top of each cup to garnish.
- Serve chilled and enjoy the sparkling treat!
