💧 1/2 cup cold water
🍬 1/4 cup granulated sugar
🍮 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin (about 4 teaspoons)
🍋 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
🌿 Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions
1. Prepare the Gelatin Mixture
o In a small bowl, sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup of cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
2. Heat the Champagne Mixture
o In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the champagne (or sparkling wine) and granulated sugar.
o Stir until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is warm, but not boiling.
o Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
o Add the fresh lemon juice and mix well.
3. Assemble the Molds
o Place a few seedless grapes into each silicone mold or small cup.
o Pour the champagne gelatin mixture over the grapes, filling each mold.
4. Chill
o Transfer the molds to the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, or until the gelatin is fully set.
5. Serve
o Once set, remove the jello treats from the molds.
o Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
