Ingredients
🥒 1 cucumber
🍠 1 small jicama
🥭 1 mango
🍋 Juice of 1 lime
🌶️ 1 teaspoon Tajín powder
🥫 2 tablespoons Chamoy sauce
🍬 1 tablespoon Miguelito candy powder
🍢 12-15 skewers
Instructions
1- Prepare the Cucumber:
- Begin by peeling the cucumber and slicing it in half lengthwise.
- Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds from the halves.
- Cut the cucumber into bite-sized chunks.
2- Prepare the Jicama:
- Peel the jicama using a potato peeler or a small knife, ensuring all the skin is removed.
- Wash the peeled jicama thoroughly and chop it into similar sized chunks as the cucumber.
3- Prepare the Mango:
- Peel the mango and cut it into chunks, making sure they're roughly the same size as the cucumber and jicama pieces for even skewer assembly.
4- Assemble the Skewers:
- Start threading the cucumber, jicama, and mango chunks alternatively onto the skewers. Continue this process until all skewers are assembled.
5- Flavor the Skewers:
- Drizzle fresh lime juice over the assembled fruit skewers for a zesty twist.
- Sprinkle Tajín powder across the skewers for a tangy and lightly spicy kick.
- Add a splash of Chamoy sauce, letting it coat and enhance the flavor of the fruits.
- Finish with a sprinkle of Miguelito candy powder for a sweet and chili-infused touch.
