- 🥛 Heavy whipping cream
- 🧂 Salt and black pepper to taste
For Sweet Onions:

- 🧈 Butter
- 🍋 A little bit of lime juice
For Gravy:
- 🌶️ 1 bell pepper (roasted)
- 🧄 5 garlic cloves (roasted)
- 🥣 1 pack of brown gravy mix
- 💧 1 cup of water

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Roast: Cover and roast in the oven for approximately 2 hours, or until the chicken’s juices run clear and it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Make Mashed Potatoes: Boil potatoes until tender. Mash with butter, heavy whipping cream, salt, and black pepper to your desired consistency and taste.
- Prepare Sweet Onions: Roast onions until caramelized. Toss with butter, salt, and a splash of lime juice.
- Gravy Preparation: In a blender, blend the roasted bell pepper, garlic cloves, and chicken drippings with the brown gravy mix and water until smooth.
