This Mexican-inspired treat combines the refreshing tastes of strawberry, mango, and lime sorbets with the zesty, spicy twist of chamoy, Tajin, and spicy gummies. Perfect for a refreshing snack or a fun dessert!

Ingredients

Strawberry Sorbet
๐Ÿ“ 1 lb frozen strawberries
๐Ÿ’ง 1/3 cup of water
๐Ÿ“œ 0.25 oz gelatin
๐Ÿฅ› 1/2 cup condensed milk

Mango Sorbet
๐Ÿฅญ 1 lb frozen mango
๐Ÿ’ง 1/3 cup of water
๐Ÿ“œ 0.25 oz gelatin
๐Ÿฌ 1/2 cup of sugar

Lime Sorbet
๐Ÿˆ 1 pack of lime Jello

  • (Use only 3/4 of the water asked on the instructions)

Toppings
๐Ÿฅ’ Pickles
๐ŸŒถ Chamoy
๐ŸŒถ Tajin
๐Ÿฌ Spicy gummies or candies


Instructions

1- Prepare the Strawberry Sorbet:

  • Mix 0.25 oz gelatin with 1/3 cup water and let it sit for 2 minutes.
  • Add the water-gelatin mixture, 1 lb frozen strawberries, and 1/2 cup condensed milk to a food processor.
  • Blend until smooth. Pour into a container and freeze, thawing for 5 minutes before serving.

2- Prepare the Mango Sorbet:

  • Mix 0.25 oz gelatin with 1/3 cup water, dissolve the sugar in this mix, and let it sit for 2 minutes.
  • Add the water-gelatin-sugar mixture and 1 lb frozen mango to the food processor.
  • Blend until smooth, transfer to a container, and freeze. Allow it to thaw before serving.

3- Prepare the Lime Sorbet:

  • Follow the instructions on the lime Jello package but reduce water to 3/4 of what is recommended.
  • Once the Jello is set but not icy on top, blend it in the food processor.
  • Freeze in a container and thaw before serving.

4- Assemble the Pickle Split:

  • On a serving dish, place one scoop each of strawberry, mango, and lime sorbet.
  • Add pickle splits on the side.
  • Drizzle chamoy and sprinkle Tajin to your liking.
  • Garnish with your choice of spicy gummies or candies.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: None, but allow extra time for freezing
Total Time: Approximately 2 hours including freezing
