Ingredients
For the Filling:
🥚 4 eggs
🥫 1 can of condensed milk
🎃 1 1/12 cups of pumpkin puree
🍚 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
For the Crust:
🧈 2 sticks (1 cup) of butter
🍯 1/2 cup of brown sugar
🌾 2 cups of all-purpose flour
🍂 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
🧂 1/4 teaspoon of salt
For Garnish:
☁️ Powdered sugar
🌳 Cinnamon
Instructions
1- Prepare the Filling:
- In a large bowl, crack the eggs and give them a gentle whisk.
- Add the condensed milk and pumpkin puree to the eggs. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Gradually incorporate the powdered sugar into the mixture, ensuring it's fully integrated to maintain a smooth consistency. Set aside.
2- Make the Crust:
- In another bowl, blend the butter and brown sugar until creamy.
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour, pumpkin spice, and salt to the butter-sugar mixture. Mix thoroughly until a dough forms.
- Line a quarter sheet pan with parchment paper. Press the crust mixture evenly into the bottom of the pan, ensuring coverage across the entire surface.
3- Assemble and Bake:
- Carefully pour the prepared pumpkin filling over the crust, spreading it evenly.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the bars for 35 to 40 minutes. You’ll know they are ready when the filling sets and a toothpick comes out clean.
4- Garnish and Serve:
