  • 🥩 2 lb beef sweetbreads
  • 🍋 4 limes

  • 🌶️ 2 tbsp paprika

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Sweetbreads:
    • Begin by cutting the sweetbreads into small to medium-sized pieces, utilizing the natural open spaces to guide your cuts.
    • Place the sweetbread pieces in a large bowl.
  2. Marinate:
    • Squeeze the juice of the limes and the orange over the sweetbreads.
    • Add the packet of Sazón, paprika, minced garlic, and thinly sliced onion.
    • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
    • Mix the ingredients thoroughly, ensuring the sweetbreads are well-coated.
    • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate to marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for enhanced flavor.
  3. Cook the Sweetbreads:
