Ingredients
🍝 1 pack (7 oz) Alphabet macaroni/pasta
🍅 1 Roma tomato
🧄 2 garlic cloves
🧅 1 small onion
💧 8 cups of water or chicken stock
🧂 1 teaspoon of salt
🍗 1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon
🥄 2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil
Instructions
1- Prepare the Veggie Blend:
- Blend the Roma tomato, garlic cloves, and onion in a blender. 
- For enhanced color, you may add a can of tomato puree. 
- Blend until smooth, ensuring there are no visible skins or seeds, and set aside. 
2- Fry the Pasta:
- In a large pot, heat the cooking oil over low heat. 
- Add the alphabet pasta and stir regularly, frying until it turns golden brown. 
3- Combine and Simmer:
- Pour the blended vegetable mixture into the pot with the pasta. 
- Add the remaining water or chicken stock and stir to combine. 
- Introduce the salt and chicken bouillon, adjusting to your taste preference. 
4- Cook the Soup:
- Increase the heat to medium, cover the pot with a lid, and let the soup come to a boil. 
- Once boiling, allow it to simmer for around 10-15 minutes, or until the pasta is tender and the flavors are melded. 
5- Serve:
- Once the soup is cooked, serve it hot. 
- You can enjoy it as is or add your preferred protein or vegetables for a heartier meal.
