Ingredients:

  • ๐ŸŸ 1 fillet of salmon
  • ๐Ÿง„ 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • โšช 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • ๐ŸŒฟ 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ 1/4 tsp spicy pepper flakes
  • ๐Ÿฅ’ 1/2 diced cucumber
  • ๐ŸŒฑ 2 green onions
  • ๐Ÿš 1 1/2 cups steamed white rice
  • ๐Ÿถ Kewpie mayonnaise
  • ๐Ÿ”ฅ Sriracha sauce
  • ๐Ÿš Sesame seeds
  • ๐ŸŒฟ Seaweed
  • ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ Kimchi
  • ๐Ÿ›ข๏ธ Oil spray

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Salmon:
    • Rinse the salmon fillet under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
    • Dice the salmon into bite-sized cubes.
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the diced salmon with garlic powder, white pepper, ginger powder, and spicy pepper flakes. Mix well until the salmon is well-coated with the spices.
  2. Prepare the Vegetables:
    • Dice the cucumber and chop the green onions.
  3. Cook the Rice:
    • Cook the rice in a rice cooker or according to package instructions until light and fluffy. Keep warm and set aside.
  4. Assemble the Poke Bowl:
    • In individual serving bowls, place a generous serving of steamed white rice as the base.
    • Arrange the seasoned salmon cubes on top of the rice.
    • Add diced cucumber, chopped green onions, and a few spoonfuls of kimchi around the salmon.
