Ingredients

🫒 1 jar of green olives (preferably stuffed with pimiento)

🍅 1/2 cup of tomato juice

🌶️ 1/2 cup of chamoy

🧂 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

🥄 1/2 teaspoon jugo Maggi

🌶️ 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

🌶️ 1 teaspoon buffalo sauce

🌶️ 1 teaspoon Valentina sauce

🌶️ 1 teaspoon Tajin

🍋 Juice of one lime

Instructions

1- Prepare the Olives:

  • Begin by draining the jar of green olives, ensuring to reserve all the liquid in a separate bowl.

2- Create the Marinade:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the drained olives with the reserved olive juice. This will be your marinade base.

  • Gradually pour in the 1/2 cup of tomato juice, stirring gently to ensure even mixing.

  • Add the 1/2 cup of chamoy into the bowl, blending it well with the other liquid ingredients.

  • Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, allowing the salty, savory flavors to integrate.

  • Next, add 1/2 teaspoon of jugo Maggi, enhancing the umami profile of your marinade.

  • Spice things up by incorporating 1 teaspoon each of Tabasco, buffalo, and Valentina sauces. Mix thoroughly to distribute their spicy essence throughout the marinade.

  • Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of Tajin for a zesty, tangy kick.

  • Finish with the juice of one lime, adding a refreshing citrus note to balance the heat.

3- Marinate the Olives:

  • Stir all ingredients until well combined, ensuring the olives are fully submerged in the spicy marinade.

  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
