Instructions
1- Prepare the Cake Batter:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy. Stir in the carrot puree.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
- Fold in the shredded carrots, chopped walnuts, and raisins until evenly distributed.
2- Bake the Cake:
