🥖 1 tube of Pillsbury biscuits (preferably buttermilk or traditional)
💧 Water (for boiling)
🧂 2 tablespoons everything seasoning mix
🌿 Optional: fresh avocado slices or cream cheese for serving
Instructions:
Pre-Preparation:
- Preheat your oven to 385°F (195°C).
- Prepare a sheet pan by lining it with parchment paper and spray with a light coating of cooking oil.
Preparing the Biscuits:
- Open the tube of biscuits and separate them.
- Using your finger or a small circular cutter, create a hole in the middle of each biscuit to form a bagel shape.
Boiling:
- Heat a pan of water over high heat until it reaches a rolling boil.
- Carefully place the biscuit bagels into the boiling water, boiling them for about 1 minute on each side to add chewiness.
Draining:
- Using a slotted spoon, remove the boiled biscuits from the water and let them drain for a few seconds.
