Ingredients:

🥖 1 tube of Pillsbury biscuits (preferably buttermilk or traditional)
💧 Water (for boiling)
🧂 2 tablespoons everything seasoning mix
🌿 Optional: fresh avocado slices or cream cheese for serving

Instructions:

Pre-Preparation:

  • Preheat your oven to 385°F (195°C).
  • Prepare a sheet pan by lining it with parchment paper and spray with a light coating of cooking oil.

Preparing the Biscuits:

  • Open the tube of biscuits and separate them.
  • Using your finger or a small circular cutter, create a hole in the middle of each biscuit to form a bagel shape.

Boiling:

  • Carefully place the biscuit bagels into the boiling water, boiling them for about 1 minute on each side to add chewiness.

Draining:

  • Using a slotted spoon, remove the boiled biscuits from the water and let them drain for a few seconds.

Seasoning:

  • Place the drained biscuit bagels onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle a generous amount of everything seasoning on the top of each biscuit.

Baking:

  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes, or until the biscuit bagels are golden brown and crispy.

Serving:

  • Once baked, remove the bagels from the oven and allow them to cool slightly.
  • Serve warm, and if desired, spread cream cheese or top with fresh avocado slices.
