Ingredients:
💧 2 cups of water
🍚 2 cups of rice
-🌶️ 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
🌽 1/2 cup of corn
🐔 2 tablespoons of chicken bouillon
🍃 1 bay leaf
🧈 1 tablespoon butter
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients: Begin by rinsing the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. This step helps remove excess starch, ensuring fluffy rice.
Combine in the Instant Pot: In the Instant Pot, add the 2 cups of water and 2 cups of rinsed rice. Mix in the diced bell pepper, corn, and chicken bouillon. Then, add the bay leaf and butter. Season with salt and black pepper according to your taste.
Cook: Secure the lid on your Instant Pot. Set it to high pressure for 12 minutes. Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for about 10 minutes before manually releasing any remaining pressure.
