Ingredients

🥛 2 cups of whole milk
🍯 1/2 cup of honey
Instructions
1- Prepare the Bananas:

2- Blend Ingredients:
- In a blender, combine the banana chunks, ground cinnamon, whole milk, and honey.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy, ensuring all ingredients are well incorporated.

- Pour the banana mixture into small plastic baggies, zip bags, or popsicle molds.
- If using baggies, tie or seal them securely to prevent leaks.
- For adult versions, consider adding a splash of rum before sealing (optional).
4- Freeze:
- Place filled baggies or molds in the freezer.
