Ingredients:
For the Sauce:
- 🍋 1 cup of tamarind pulp
- 🌶️ 4 chipotle peppers
- 🧅 ¼ onion
- 🍗 ½ cup of chicken stock
- 🧄 1 garlic clove
- 🧂 1 tsp of salt
- 🧂 1 tsp of black pepper

- 🍚 ½ cup of jasmine or long grain white rice
- 🧅 ¼ onion, small dice
- 🧄 2 minced garlic cloves
- 🧂 1 tsp of salt
- 🧂 1 tsp of black pepper
- 🍗 ½ cup of chicken stock
Instructions:
- Prepare the Sauce:
- Start by blending the tamarind pulp, chipotle peppers, ¼ onion, chicken stock, garlic clove, salt, and black pepper in a blender until smooth. Set aside.
- Cook the Rice:
- Cook the jasmine or long grain white rice according to the package instructions. Let it cool slightly.
- Make the Meatballs:
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey meat, cooked rice, diced onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and chicken stock. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
- Cook the Meatballs:
