Ingredients:

🌽 6-8 corn tortillas
🥩 1 lb. ground beef
🧅 1/4 onion (chopped)
🌿 1/2 tsp cumin
🧄 1 tsp onion powder
🌶️ 1 tsp paprika
🐔 1 tbsp. chicken bouillon
🧄 1 tsp garlic powder
⚫ Black pepper to taste
🍺 1 cup of beer
🧀 1/4 cup cheddar cheese powder
🌶️ 1 tsp paprika
🌶️ 1 tsp cayenne pepper
🥬 Green leaf lettuce
🍅 Tomato slices
🥑 Avocado slices
🍈 Lime juice
🥛 Mexican crema
🔥 Salsa


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Tortillas:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Lightly warm the corn tortillas until they are flexible enough to fold without breaking.
  2. Cook the Beef:
    • In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and chopped onion. Cook until the meat is browned and the onions are translucent.
    • Season the beef with cumin, onion powder, paprika, chicken bouillon, garlic powder, and black pepper.
    • Pour in half of the beer. Let it simmer until the liquid reduces and the flavors meld into the beef.
  3. Prepare the Spiced Cheese Powder:
    • In a small bowl, mix the cheddar cheese powder with paprika and cayenne pepper for added color and heat.
  4. Crisp the Tortillas:
    • Place the tortillas on a baking sheet and put them back into the oven. Bake until they are crispy.
  5. Assemble the Tacos:
    • While the tortillas are still warm, sprinkle some of the spiced cheese powder inside and outside the shells.
    • Lay a piece of lettuce in each taco shell. Fill with the seasoned ground beef.
    • Top with tomato slices, avocado slices, a squeeze of lime juice, and a drizzle of Mexican crema.
  6. Serve:
