Instructions
1- Melt Butter:

2- Sauté Vegetables:
- Add the diced onion, habanero peppers, and orange bell pepper to the melted butter. Sauté until the onions are translucent and the peppers are softened.
3- Stir in Flour:
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour to the sautéed vegetables, stirring continuously to form a roux. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens and lightly browns.
4- Add Cream:
- Slowly pour in the heavy cream, whisking constantly to avoid lumps. Allow the mixture to simmer gently.
5- Season:
- Add salt, chicken bouillon, and garlic powder to taste. Simmer for a few more minutes to let the flavors meld.
6- Incorporate Cheese:
- Gradually add the shredded Colby cheese, stirring until completely melted and smooth.
7- Flavor Burst:
- Stir in the Valentina sauce, adding it little by little until you reach your desired level of heat.
8- Coloring:
- For the perfect Halloween vibe, add orange food colorant. If using red and yellow, start with equal parts and adjust until the desired orange hue is achieved.
9- Add Olives:
- Drain the can of sliced black olives and add them to the dip, stirring gently.
