Instructions:
- Prepare the Pineapple:
- Cut thick slices of fresh pineapple and remove the core. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Prepare the Ground Beef Mixture:
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, coarse black pepper, chili pepper flakes, and cornstarch. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the beef.
