This incredible Chopstick Sandwich is inspired by a scenic day in Alaska. It combines the flavors of juicy ground beef, rich Oaxaca cheese, and creamy avocado, all nestled between slices of warm French bread. Simple yet flavorful, this sandwich is perfect for a quick meal that doesn't compromise on taste.
Ingredients:
🐄 1 lb ground beef
🧈 2 tbsp butter
🧅 1/2 cup onion, chopped
🍄 1 cup portobello mushrooms, chopped
🧀 1/2 cup Oaxaca cheese, shredded
🌶️ 1/4 tsp white pepper
🧂 Salt to taste
🥖 French bread
🥑 Avocado, sliced
Instructions:
- Prepare Vegetables: Start by finely chopping the onion and portobello mushrooms. Set these aside.
- Cook Ground Beef:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Once melted, add the ground beef.
- Season the beef with salt, white pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
- Let the beef cook until slightly browned.
- Add Vegetables:
- When the ground beef is halfway cooked, add the chopped onions and mushrooms into the skillet.
- Stir well and allow them to cook until the onions are translucent and the mushrooms are tender.
- Incorporate Cheese:
