Garlic & Cheese Naan

Ingredients:
🧄 2 cloves garlic
🧈 1/2 stick butter
🍞 2 naan breads
🧀 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
🌿 Chopped cilantro to taste
🧂 Flaky salt to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Garlic Butter:
- Begin by finely mincing the 2 cloves of garlic. Place them into a small microwave-safe bowl. Add the 1/2 stick of butter to the bowl with the garlic.
Melt the Butter:
- Microwave the garlic and butter mixture for approximately 30 seconds, or until the butter is fully melted and the garlic is fragrant.
Prepare the Naan:
- Carefully slice each naan in half using a serrated knife, ensuring not to cut all the way through. The naan should remain half-attached, creating a pocket for the cheese.
Stuff with Cheese:
- Generously fill the pocket of each naan with the shredded mozzarella cheese. Use as much cheese as desired for gooey, cheesy goodness.
Heat the Pan:
