๐Ÿ‹ 1/4 cup lime juice

๐ŸŒฟ 2 teaspoons dried oregano

๐ŸŒฟ 1 teaspoon ground cumin

๐Ÿง‚ 1 teaspoon salt

๐Ÿฅ„ 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

๐ŸŒฎ Corn tortillas

๐ŸŒฟ Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Marinade:

o Grill additional pineapple slices for 2-3 minutes per side until caramelized.

o Chop the grilled pineapple into small pieces for topping.
