🫒 1 tablespoon olive oil
🍯 ¾ cup honey

🌿 ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
🧈 1 tablespoon butter
For Garnish:
🧄 2 scallions (green part only), thinly sliced and curled in ice water
🌿 A few dill sprigs
🫒 Drizzle of olive oil

Instructions
1- Prepare Garnish:
- Slice the scallion greens into thin, long strips. Place them in ice water for 10 minutes until they curl.
- Drain, pat dry, and toss with dill sprigs and a drizzle of olive oil. Set aside.
2- Cook the Salmon:
- Pat the salmon dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
