Ingredients:

  • 🍝 2 cups Lagrimitas (flour pasta)
  • 🫒 2 tablespoons oil
  • 🥬 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 🥛 1/2 cup Mexican crema
  • 🧀 1/2 cup queso fresco, crumbled
  • 🌶 1 teaspoon spicy chili powder
  • 🐷 1/2 cup pickled pork skins, drained and chopped
  • 🌶 2 tablespoons salsa Valentina
  • 🟢 1/4 cup salsa verde

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the pasta:
    In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Add the Lagrimitas (flour pasta) and stir to ensure that each piece is lightly coated with oil.
