Instructions
- Cook the Proteins:
- Season chicken simply with salt and black pepper. Cook in Kadoya toasted sesame oil, adding Knorr chicken bouillon and minced garlic. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, add more sesame oil. Cook shrimp with salt, black pepper, garlic, and ginger.
- Prep the Table:
- Lay everything out on a sheet pan or platter: proteins, veggies, noodles, herbs, and greens. Let each person pick and choose their favorites. This is where the “party” vibe kicks in!
- Prep Rice Paper:
- Use cold water to soften the rice paper, ensuring it doesn't get sticky too fast, allowing ample time to build your roll. It becomes perfectly pliable by the time you choose your fillings.
- Build & Roll:
- Start with greens, then noodles, veggies, and protein. Roll it tight… or messy. Every roll is unique!
- Eat & Compare:
- Each person will create their own masterpiece. Bonus points for voting on who made the best roll, adding a competitive spark to the event!
