Ingredients

🍜 1 package LIVIVA Dried Shirataki Spaghetti
💧 Sufficient Water for cooking noodles
🧂 Salt for seasoning
🧄 3 cloves Fresh Garlic
🫚 1-inch piece Ginger peeled
🧅 1 bunch Green Onions for filling and topping
🐖 450g (1 lb) Pork ground
🍤 450g (1 lb) Shrimp peeled and deveined
🥄 1-2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
🌶️ Black Pepper for seasoning
💦 Approximately 6 cups Hot Water
🐔 Chicken Bouillon according to package instructions
🥒 2-3 small heads Baby Bok Choy
🌶️ Spicy Chili Oil for taste
🌰 Sesame Seeds for topping

Instructions

1- Cook Noodles:

  • Bring a pot of water to boil and add a pinch of salt.
  • Cook the LIVIVA Dried Shirataki Spaghetti according to package instructions until tender. Strain and set aside.

2- Prepare Dumpling Filling Base:

  • Roughly chop the green onions.
  • In a food processor, add the garlic cloves and ginger piece. Process until finely chopped.

3- Add Meats to Filling:

  • Add the pork to the food processor and blend until mixed with the aromatics.
  • Then add the shrimp and process again until finely chopped, creating a uniform mixture.

4- Cook Filling:

  • Heat sesame oil in the "Always Pan" by Our Place.
  • Add the meat and aromatic mixture, season with salt and black pepper, and cook while breaking apart with a wooden spoon until the meat is fully cooked and crumbly.

5- Create Soup Base:

  • Add the hot water to the cooked meat mixture and season with chicken bouillon. Stir to dissolve and combine.

6- Add Bok Choy:

  • Wash and chop the baby bok choy into small pieces.
  • Add them to the soup, cover, and cook until the bok choy is tender.

7- Combine with Noodles:

  • Once the bok choy is tender, add the cooked shirataki noodles to the soup using tongs. Stir gently to combine.

8- Rest:

  • Lower the heat and let the soup sit covered for about 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

9- Prepare Toppings:

  • Finely chop more green onions for garnish while the soup rests.

10- Serve:
- Ladle the soup into serving bowls.
- Garnish generously with chopped green onions, a drizzle of spicy chili oil, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
